My name is Marc Chappell. I am on my fourteenth year as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Novato, California. In that time, I have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions.
I have both a California broker's license (CA-BRE# 01864642) and a master's degree in business.
My wife Nadia was born in Guyana and has many family members living there.
I have been traveling back and forth to Guyana since 1985 and resided there permanently from 1989 to 1995. During that time, I owned have of a gold mining operation and was employed as a pilot/first officer by the Civil Aviation Department and Guyana Airways.

Fast forward to present, Guyana is under a never-before-seen expansion process due to the recent off-shore oil discovery. Many are flocking there in droves due to the rapidly expanding economy and the need for employees to fill employment vacancies in numerous sectors of the economy.

While the government is working on a set of regulations to license real estate professionals, at present there are no licensure requirements whatsoever! That’s where I can help.
